|
|
The SCRT repeat cycle timer board is an option board for SC101D
simplex controller. It enables automatic on/off control of a motor.
On and Off times are set independently and can be set in either
seconds or minutes. The board plugs onto the back of the SC101D
board, thus no more space is required for mounting and no external
power is required. The output is a relay dry contact with normally
open and closed contacts provided.
There are two modes of operation: a repeat cycle mode and a maximum
run time alarm mode. In repeat cycle mode, on and off times are
set by individual DIP switches. Time ranges are from 1 to 1023
seconds or minutes. The output is wired into the SC101D board
motor call-for inputs to control the motor. In maximum run time
alarm mode, the output serves as an alarm in the event the motor
runs longer than the time set by the SCRT board's ON time. There
are terminals for an external alarm reset switch for the maximum
run time mode. |
